Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible for Refund
- Product was not delivered within the stated timeframe
- Product is defective or does not match the description
- Account credentials do not work and cannot be resolved
- Duplicate charge or payment error
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product already used or credentials already accessed
- Violation of terms of service
- Refund request made after 7 days of purchase
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@bmdigital.bd with your order ID and reason for refund. We will review your request within 24-48 hours.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to your BM Digital wallet balance. In exceptional cases, refunds may be processed back to the original payment method.
6. Partial Refunds
If only part of your order is affected (e.g., one variation of a multi-variation purchase), a partial refund may be issued for the affected portion only.
