1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BM Digital, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Services

BM Digital sells digital products including software licenses, subscription accounts, downloadable files, and digital services. All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

3. Account & Credentials

For account-type products, credentials are provided after purchase. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute these credentials. Misuse may result in account termination without refund.

4. Payment

All prices are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Payments are processed through ZiniPay (bKash/Nagad) or EPS (card payments). All sales are final unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Digital products that have been delivered (credentials shared, files downloaded) are generally non-refundable unless the product is defective or not as described.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BM Digital, including product descriptions, images, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

BM Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
